Yapico (yapico.app) is a personal language-learning inbox operated by its owner, reachable at hello@yapico.app. This page explains what data the service stores and who processes it.
Account data: your email address, display name and, when you sign in with Google, the name and picture Google provides. Google sign-in is used only to identify you; Yapico never posts or reads anything on your behalf.
Content data: the decks, lessons, notes, review history and images you import or upload. This content is yours. Yapico stores it to show it back to you and to schedule reviews, and never uses it to train models.
Processors: Supabase (database and file storage, United States), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (product analytics, events such as sign-in and lesson opened, no lesson content), Google (sign-in). Each receives only what its function needs.
Deletion: you can delete your account from the profile menu. This removes your account, decks, lessons, progress, notes, uploads and MCP connections. Copies other users made from your shared decks stay with their owners. Questions and requests: hello@yapico.app.
